Tastefully decorated in a nautical theme, Farne Cottage is full of interesting seaside items and marine artifacts, all of which have been collected by the owners who have painstakingly restored this former fisherman's cottage to offer luxury and comfort while retaining a homely atmosphere.

On the ground floor are the cottage's three bedrooms - one double, one twin, one bunk room and a family bathroom (bath with shower over, w.c. and basin).

Stairs lead up to an airy, open-plan lounge and kitchen / dining area. Its floor to ceiling windows allow the light to flood in and the flash of Longstone Lighthouse, famously occupied by national heroine Grace Darling in the 19 th Century.

French doors lead onto a balcony with uninterrupted views across the harbour to the Farne Islands . To the rear of the cottage is a sunny balcony with sitting area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern facilities needed to ensure guests enjoy a truly home from home experience and where staying in is as much an option as dining out at one of the area's many places to eat.

At Farne View we are happy to accept one, well behaved pet. A welcome pack is provided for them as well as for their owners upon arrival.
